The Morton Matrimony

Well, we did it. And by ‘it’ I mean got married, gutterhead. The Morton Matrimony is now in full effect.

We’d like to thank everyone who came to our wedding. We had such a great time, and we’re still reeling from how perfect it was. Big thanks to the ultimate Maid of Honor/Best Man combo: Beth Guest and Patrick McNeely. The two of you went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of on the big wedding day, so thank you.

I’m writing from our hotel lobby in Aruba. Kristen is upstairs, napping. Aruba is perfect. Yesterday, we watched the sun set over the ocean from our hotel balcony. And we spent the better part of today laying on the beach and swimming. Kristen’s been taking pictures, but we left the USB cable at home - bummer.

Our honeymoon is an all-inclusive package, so I’m still getting used to getting things for free. Drinks by the pool? No problem. A fruit tray from room service? Check. Nick, my Jewish groomsman, would love it here.

Hope to update this blog again sometime throughout the week. I think it’s high time for KristenM. to make an editorial debut.

Having a great time, but we miss all our friends. Wish you guys were here (kinda).
